FOUNDER & CEO
Apart from being the CEO of LUMARE, Nadia is currently the Vice Chair of Ocean Thermal Energy Association (OTEA).
Nadia has a mission to build and operate Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) plants in rural Indonesia, combining zero-emission power generation with fresh water and sea salt production.
She had been with BP in the global projects organization for 15 years, holding various roles in process engineering, project engineering, production efficiency improvement and operations readiness planning. Her international experiences cover the UK, Angola, Japan, Singapore and Indonesia.
Nadia holds a BSc in chemical engineering from the University of Indonesia (UI), and an MSc in professional engineering from Aston University, UK.
Outside of the office, you will mostly find Nadia scuba diving, dancing (Lindy Hop), playing with her two cats, or on her piano. She is a certified yoga instructor who also teaches meditation classes as community service.

CHIEF ENGINEER
Marthijn is a Chartered Engineer (Eur Ing) with an experience over 25 years in onshore and offshore oil & gas. His expertise is in mechanical engineering, projects & operations, and engineering management. He previously worked in The Netherlands, Oman, the UK, Angola, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Marthijn holds an MSc in mechanical engineering from the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands (cum laude).
Outside the office, you will find him scuba diving, road cycling, travelling, swimming and running.

COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Maya has an experience in media for over 10 years as managing editor of a premium lifestyle magazine (Indonesia Tatler) and 5 years in digital marketing. She is a passionate lady who loves the ocean and wishes to preserve the sea as it is.
Maya holds an MBA from The Hague University, The Netherlands.
She is a Lindy Hop aficionado and a food enthusiast who loves scuba diving, running and swimming in her leisure time.

CEO AT OCEAN DATA ALLIANCE
Steven was IBM's Chief Data Strategist and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology Leadership Team. He helped invent Internet Insurance and created the IBM Data Governance Council in 2004. He was appointed to serve on the US Commerce Department Data Advisory Council and advised the US Commerce Department on data strategy, was a board member of the NY Civil Liberties Union, and was a co-chair of industry standards committees at W3C and OASIS.
Steven earned five patents and two US President's Volunteer Leadership Awards, has co-authored marine science papers, and white papers on Smart Cities, and gave a TEDx Talk on Africa Open Data.

HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY AND SPECIALISED FINANCE AT ASYX INTERNATIONAL
Investment professional with over 12 years of experience in Equity Capital Market, Debt Capital Market and Investment Banking.
He has participated in multiple product offerings including Pre-IPOs, IPOs, Follow-Ons, Private Placement, Seed Funding, Shares Financing, Mezzanine Financing, Credit Structured Fund, and M&A.
Prior to joining ASYX Group, he was working as senior associate at Peak Securities. He had taken further education in Strategic Management, and Innovation Management at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
He volunteered for TEDxJakarta since 2010 and served as curator for two years. He co-founded Indonesian Blockchain Network in 2017.

Devina is a marketing professional with 10 years experience working in international markets across EMEA and APAC regions. As a 360 strategist, her expertise is in expanding into new territories, driving awareness and creating disruptive marketing campaigns.
Devina holds an MA in Transnational Communications and Global Media from Goldsmiths, University of London.
A keen scuba diver and a self-proclaimed foodie, Devina is a passionate traveller whose work is always inspired by the countries that she visits.
